患者，女，75岁。因“胸闷 3 年，加重伴乏力 2 个月”入院。患者既往因冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病于左前降支植入支架 2 枚。目前检查结果示：主动脉瓣重度狭窄并轻度反流，主动脉瓣二叶式畸形。因患者术前评估提示美国胸外科医师学会评分 17.9%，外科手术高危。经心脏团队讨论后，最终通过经导管主动脉瓣植入术解除主动脉瓣狭窄。
