目的 总结2例陈旧性肘关节恐怖三联征的手术方法及疗效。
方法 2012年8月及2013年10月共收治2例陈旧性肘关节恐怖三联征，男女各1例，年龄分别为46岁及47岁，病程2个月及8个月。其中1例采用肘后侧入路，复位肘关节，同时复位桡骨头和冠突骨折并内固定，修复损伤侧副韧带；1例采用外侧切口复位肘关节，同时复位固定肱骨小头骨折，并作内侧切口复位固定尺骨冠突骨折。术后均行肘关节功能锻炼。
结果 2例均于术后4个月骨折愈合，分别获随访15个月及10个月。肘关节功能均恢复良好，Mayo肘关节功能评分分别为78分和85分，评定为良。
结论 对于陈旧性肘关节恐怖三联征，通过手术复位肘关节，尽量解剖复位内固定骨折，修复损伤侧副韧带，术后积极功能锻炼，肘关节功能均可改善。
