目的:探讨预防性应用抗生素对肝硬化并发消化道出血预后的影响。方法:采用回顾性调查的研究方法,对肝硬化并发消化道出血共245 例应用抗生素情况及发生再次出血的关系进行分析。结果:预防性应用抗生素组82例1年内再出血23 例,占28.0 %;未用组163例1年内再出血77例,占47.2%,两组比较1年内再次出血率差异有统计学意义( P lt; 0.05) 。结论:预防性应用抗生素可以减少肝硬化并消化道出血患者一年内再次出血率。
