患者，女，51岁，因“查体发现胰尾占位性病变1周”入院。入院查体：一般情况可，神志清，查体合作，全身浅表淋巴结无肿大。心、肺听诊未见异常。腹部平坦，无胃肠形、蠕动波，无腹壁静脉曲张，全腹无压痛及反跳痛，Murphy征阴性，肝、脾未触及，移动性浊音阴性，肠鸣音正常。左上腹可触及一大小约7.0 cm×6.0 cm的包块，边界清楚，质韧……
