目的 探讨应用国产吻合器行直肠癌前切除双吻合器吻合术的可行性。
方法 对38例直肠癌患者行前切除时，应用国产直线及管状吻合器行双吻合器吻合。
结果 术后发生吻合口漏2例(5.3%)，1例可能与术后早期腹腔化疗有关，另1例形成直肠阴道瘘。全组无吻合口狭窄。结论 国产吻合器在使用上虽不如进口一次性吻合器方便，但如果操作得当，技术熟练，仍可获类似效果，其费用仅为进口吻合器的1/30。新的改进型中国产品应用更方便，更易使此技术推广。
