自发性气胸是临床常见急症之一，其治疗原则是排出胸腔内的气体，促进肺脏层胸膜裂口愈合，预防气胸复发[1]。作者科室应用高渗葡萄糖胸膜固定治疗自发性气胸68例，取得满意的疗效。现报告如下。
