  • Nurses' Awareness of High-Quality Nursing in Liangshan Prefecture

    ObjectiveTo investigate the awareness of high-quality nursing among clinical nurses in Liangshan to serve as a guide for a comprehensive development of quality nursing. MethodsFrom June to December 2011, 196 nurses from four model hospitals of high-quality nursing were investigated with self-made questionnaires in Xichang City and Huili County in Liangshan Autonomous Region. ResultsThe difference in high-quality nursing awareness among nurses from different ethnic composition, education and job titles was not statistically significant (P>0.05), while the working years, hospital grades and academic titles were influencing factors. Nurses' awareness from secondary hospitals was lower than those from tertiary hospitals (P<0.01). ConclusionThe clinical nurses in Lianshan are aware of the importance of high-quality nursing at work, but they have different views on work performance evaluation due to their working years and hospital grades. Therefore, more scientific management should be strengthened to motivate nurses' working enthusiasm and improve the quality of nursing.

  • Application of Humanistic Ideas in High Quality Nursing Service in Grass-root Hospitals

    ObjectiveTo explore the effect of humanistic ideas applied for high quality nursing service in grass-root hospitals. MethodsIn the process of high quality nursing service between January 2011 and December 2013, humanistic philosophy was adopted. We provided humanistic nursing care for the patients, and humanistic management and care for doctors and nurses. Then, we used self-made questionnaire to do survey on the satisfaction degree in 1 200 patients, 500 nurses and 100 doctors in a third-grade class-A hospital. ResultsThrough the application of humanistic management idea, the satisfaction degree of all patients, nurses and doctors was significantly raised. ConclusionHumanistic concept applied in high quality nursing service inspires the enthusiasm and activity of nurses, promotes their nursing mode, and raise the nursing quality, which satisfies all the patients nurses and doctors.

  • 优质护理服务在泌尿专科日间病房的开展与成效

    目的 深化“以病人为中心”的服务理念,提升泌尿专科日间病房护理服务工作质量。 方法 对 2012年7月-11月入住日间病房的230例患者,实行责任制整体护理,包括加强基础护理,密切观察患者病情,协助医生实施诊疗,参与医生查房,积极与患者沟通,提供健康指导等护理工作,为患者提供全程、连续的优质护理服务。 结果 护理工作质量和患者满意度明显提高,整体满意度达到99.1%。优质护理服务开展前后各项指标满意度评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 转变护理服务理念与模式,能全面提升对患者的服务品质,有效提高整体护理质量,提高患者满意度。

  • 优质护理在泌尿外科术后感染性休克中的应用

    目的总结应用优质护理服务护理术后感染性休克患者的方法及经验。 方法选择2009年6月-2013年8月行手术治疗后发生感染性休克的患者14例。其中,男13例,女1例,平均年龄(50.8±2.5)岁。应用“以患者为中心”的护理理念,为患者提供全程、全面、连续、专业化的优质护理服务,为患者提供优质的基础护理、生活护理、心理护理及用药指导、健康教育等,并严密观察患者病情变化,早期发现问题,早期诊断,早期处理。 结果14例患者均在72 h内恢复正常体温,神志清楚,精神状态良好,生命体征及氧饱和度正常,白细胞计数从(18.114±8.926)×109/L降至(4.178±0.958)×109/L,最终14例患者均痊愈出院。 结论优质护理应用于术后感染性休克的患者,能取得患者的信赖,增进护患沟通,减轻患者的心理负担,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。通过提高护理服务质量,保证患者的治疗效果,促进患者身心健康恢复,提高患者的生活质量。

  • 优质护理在神经内科门诊脑血管疾病中的应用效果研究

    目的探讨神经内科门诊优质护理对脑血管疾病康复期患者的临床护理效果。 方法对2011年1月-2月结束住院治疗后门诊随访的100例首发脑血管疾病患者分别采用常规护理(对照组)和优质护理(干预组),两组各50例。对照组实施常规护理;干预组采用优质护理,主要包括采取心理护理、健康教育、康复指导、家庭干预以及定期电话随访等综合护理干预措施。随访1年后比较两组护理效果。 结果干预组35例完全恢复,11例部分恢复,4例未恢复;对照组22例完全恢复,13例部分恢复,15例未恢复;两组差异有统计学意义(Z=2.951,P=0.003)。干预组40例对护理满意度,8例较满意,2例不满意;对照组28例满意,12例较满意,10例不满意;两组差异有统计学意义(Z=2.750,P=0.006)。干预组复发8例(16.0%),对照组复发20例(40.0%),两组差异具有统计学意义(χ2=7.143,P=0.008)。 结论优质护理在神经内科门诊脑血管疾病患者护理中效果较好,值得推广使用。

  • 高龄白内障日间手术患者细化优质护理措施的效果评价

    目的探讨针对高龄白内障日间手术患者实施细化优质护理措施的应用效果、价值和意义。 方法2014年1月-6月常规优质护理的727例高龄白内障日间手术患者为对照组,2015年1月-6月实施细化优质护理措施的534例高龄白内障日间手术患者为观察组,观察比较两组患者术后并发症、健康教育掌握率及护理满意度。 结果观察组术后发生并发症38例,并发症出现率7.11%,低于对照组术后并发症出现率(10.32%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.865,P=0.049);观察组健康教育达标率为89.4%、护理满意度95.8%,较对照组(健康教育达标率74.55%、护理满意度92.02%)均有所提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论高龄白内障日间手术患者实施细化优质护理模式能够显著提升临床护理质量,减少并发症的发生,提高患者健康教育达标率及护理满意度,值得进行推广应用。

  • 浅谈重症监护病房实施优质护理服务模式的效果

    目的总结重症监护病房开展优质护理服务活动的经验及效果。 方法于2012年12月20日开始开展优质护理服务活动,实施责任制整体护理模式,改革护理排班模式,加强基础护理、安全护理和专科护理,提高护士的专科技能操作,建立健全护理工作制度。 结果通过优质护理的开展,2013年的病床周转率、床护比、患者满意度和护士满意度均高于2012年,不良事件发生率较2012年明显降低。 结论优质护理服务活动的开展可以提高重症监护病房的护理质量;提高患者及护理人员的满意度;减少或杜绝护理纠纷。

  • Enhancing Nurse′s Satisfaction by Improving the Quality of Nursing Services

    【摘要】 目的 总结开展“优质护理服务示范工程活动”以来,护士满意度提高的原因与经验。 方法 分别于2010年1月和11月采用一般情况调查表及明尼苏达工作满意度问卷短式量表调查干部/老年科的护士在开展“优质护理服务示范工程活动”前后的工作满意度。 结果 开展“优质护理服务示范工程活动”1年以来,护士的内在满意度上升了35.27%,外在满意度上升了29.25%,一般满意度上升了27%。 结论 干部/老年科通过提高护士对各岗位的价值与责任的认可,科学规划护士的职业生涯,完善科室文化建设、薪酬与激励机制使护士的职业成就感、自身价值满意度均有不同程度提高。【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the reasons and experience of enhancing nurse′s satisfaction after improving the “high-quality nursing services”. Methods A general questionnaire and Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) were used to investigate satisfactions of nurses working at the senior leader/ person′s wards before and after improving the activity on “high-quality nursing service”. Results One year later, the inner satisfactions of participates increased 35.27%, the outer satisfactions increased 29.25%, and the general satisfactions increased 27%. Conclusion Nurse′s professional achievability and the satisfaction on self-value increase after enhancing professional value and responsibility of nurse, planning reasonably professional career of nurse, and perfecting culture construction, and the salary and encourage mechanism.

  • Establishment and implementation of nursing quality control mode based on nurse satisfaction

    Objective To explore the application effects of nursing quality control mode based on nurse satisfaction. Methods A total of 226 nurses in 12 nursing units were selected from December 2013 to June in 2014 as the study subjects. Then, we compared the nurse satisfaction, patient satisfaction, and the effect of nursing quality control before and after the implementation of quality control mode in which nurses participated actively. Results After a half-year practice of nursing quality mode, all the investigation items of the project were significantly different from those before the mode application (P>0.05), except Q1, Q2, Q8, and Q10 in the nurse satisfaction questionnaire, q1, q2, q3, q4, and q14 in the patient satisfaction questionnaire, and quality of emergency management in the nursing quality control section. Conclusion Application of nursing quality control mode can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of nurses, improve nurse satisfaction and the effect of nursing quality management, which has a high value of application in clinical nursing management.
