  • 临床护理路径在手术室实习带教中的应用与效果

    目的探讨临床护理教学路径在手术室实习带教中的应用效果。 方法将2010年5月-2011年1月在手术室实习的60名护理实习生(护生)分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用传统方法带教,试验组采用临床护理教学路径带教。 结果试验组护生的理论、操作技能考试成绩明显优于对照组,其对带教老师的满意度也较对照组高(P<0.05)。 结论采用临床护理教学路径予以带教,不仅提高了整体带教能力,使护理带教质量得以持续改进,而且护生的理论知识和操作技能获得全面提升。

  • Analysis on the Correlative Factors Influencing the Effectiveness of Clinical Evaluation of Undergraduate Nursing Students

    Objective To identify the factors which influence the effectiveness of clinical evaluation of undergraduate nursing students. Methods A self-made questionnaire was used in face-to-face interviews with 158 clinical teachers of undergraduate nursing students in four teaching hospitals in Sichuan. Results The main factors that influence the effectiveness of clinical evaluation of undergraduate nursing students included: clinical environment, duration of evaluation, degree of familiarity with the evaluation criteria of clinical teachers, and evaluation methods used by clinical teachers. The less important factors included: “halo-effect” of teachers to students, relationship between teachers and students, attitude towards evaluation and emotional status of clinical teachers. Conclusion It is of great importance to improve the clinical environment, provide enough time for clinical teachers to evaluate, cultivate and improve clinical teachers’ evaluation and competence, and establish a good relationship between teachers and students.This should improve the accuracy, objectivity and fairness of undergraduate nursing students’ clinical evaluation.

  • Teachers and students perceptions towards online clerkship for international bachelor of medicine and bachelor of surgery students during coronavirus disease 2019 epidemic

    Objective To investigate the problems and needs of teachers and international bachelor of medicine and bachelor of surgery (MBBS) students in the online clerkship since the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019. Methods In May 2020, questionnaires, telephone communication and face-to-face interviews were conducted among 85 international MBBS students and clinical teachers of 10 related departments in West China Hospital, Sichuan University. Teachers and students perceptions towards online clerkship were collected from five aspects including department orientation, attendance, teaching plan, assignment & assessment, and overall evaluation. Results Four departments and 43 students (50.6%) thought that online clerkship increased time input, while 3 departments thought that students’ enthusiasm decreased significantly compared to ordinary clerkship. Six departments reported that students’ compliance was poor; 58 students (68.2%) reported that they could not experience the real clinical environment. All departments reported difficulties in completing procedures and skills, and believed the teaching objectives were only partially achieved; 78 students (91.8%) thought that the effect of online clerkship met with their expectations; 16 students (18.8%) were very satisfied, and 59 students (69.4%) were satisfied. The majority of students believed that the advantages of online clerkship were that they had more time to prepare for their licensing examination [66 students (77.6%)] and could ask questions online at any time [48 students (56.5%)]. Conclusions There are both pros and cons in the online clerkship. It has put forward higher requirements for the efficiency and accuracy of English communication between teachers and students, and for the self-restraint and discipline of students. Under the current global epidemic situation, we should make full use of the information technology to constantly strengthen the practical education.

  • 罗森塔尔效应带教对实习护理学生职业成熟度的影响

    目的 探讨应用罗森塔尔效应带教对实习护理学生(护生)职业成熟度及专业技能的影响。 方法 2011年8月-2012年5月,将95名实习护生随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组依据罗森塔尔效应进行带教,对照组则采用传统带教方法,并应用职业成熟度测评量表及专业技能考核对两组带教效果进行评价。 结果 两组实习护生职业成熟度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);职业技能考核差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。 结论 罗森塔尔效应带教能够坚定实习护生的职业态度,增强职业信心,提升职业技能,进而促进护理专业的发展。

  • 综合ICU监护记录单在培养护理实习生全面临床思维中的应用

    目的 探讨综合性重症加强治疗病房( ICU) 患者监护记录单在护理实习生全面临床思维能力培养中的应用效果。方法 对 2010 年轮转入ICU实习的150 名大专以上学历的实习生随机分为试验组和对照组, 每组各75 名, 试验组实施每天1 h 共1个月规范的综合性ICU 患者监护记录单书写培训, 对照组按常规带教, 统计比较培训后实习生的临床思维能力。结果 试验组有65.3% 的实习生病情观察全面,64% 护理诊断准确, 60% 对危重病情的反应快, 56% 对危重病情的反应准确, 较对照组均有明显提高( 分别为44% 、28% 、34.7% 和32% , Plt;0.01) 。结论 根据重症医学的特点, 规范的使用综合性ICU患者监护记录单, 能逐渐培养实习生的全面性、评判性、连续性、前瞻性思维, 增强危急抢救意识, 提高反应能力, 从而有效提高实习生的全面临床思维能力。

  • 护理本科实习生临床能力评价指标品质检验

    【摘要】 目的 检验经三轮德尔菲专家咨询法拟定的“护理本科实习生临床能力评价指标体系”的品质。 方法 2007年7月-12月,采用拟定的指标体系对52名护理本科实习生进行临床能力实测,采用克朗巴赫α系数进行信度检验,运用内容效度进行效度分析,并论证指标体系的区分度。 结果 指标体系整体的α系数为0.969 8,指标体系内部各构成要素的α系数介于0.831 6~0.942 3之间(gt;0.8);逻辑分析表明指标体系内容效度较好;指标体系各维度与总指标体系评价结果的相关系数介于0.845 1~0.958 2之间,各维度与其内部各指标间的相关系数介于0.300 8~0.952 5,均有统计学意义(Plt;0.05);指标体系的区分指数为0.518 3(gt;0.4)。 结论 指标体系品质较好。

  • Effectiveness of Problem-Based Learning to Improve Clinical Practice Skills for Clinical Students after Graduation: A Systematic Review

    Objective To assess the effect of problem-based learning (PBL) to improve clinical practice skills for clinical students after graduation. Methods Computer retrieval was conducted to search for controlled studies comparing PBL with non-PBL. The quality of the included studies was critically evaluated and data were analyzed. Results A total of 16 articles were included. The results showed that in integrated capabilities, PBL teaching was superior to traditional teaching methods. Whether in self-evaluation or objective evaluation, in terms of legal and ethical aspects of health care, research and presentation skills and ability to solve problem, PBL teaching was superior to non-PBL-learning methods. But in other aspects, it was yet controversial whether PBL-learning was better than non-PBL-learning. Conclusion Problem-based learning could improve clinical practice skills for clinical students after graduation. However, most trials included are of low quality, so large-scale randomized controlled trials of higher quality are needed to confirm this.

    【摘要】目的 探索与实践临床药学(七年制)专业的建设,以培养具有医药学专门知识的高级临床药师。方法 在山东大学首办七年制临床药学专业,通过专业课程建设、毕业实习环节、加强专业教学和实习管理、增进交流等,拓宽办学思路。结果 成功开办了临床药学(七年制)专业,但专业有以下不足:①社会了解度不够,学生专业思想不稳固;②课程设置有缺陷;③临床课教学和实习质量有待提高。结论 七年制临床药学专业在山东大学的成功开办,在国内是有较强的示范性和试验性意义。但专业在社会了解度、课程设置、临床课教学和实习质量上有待提高。

  • Influence of Internship on Nursing Students' Knowledge of Patient Safety: A Questionnaire Survey

    ObjectiveTo investigate and analyze the knowledge, skills and attitudes of nursing students to patient safety before and after internship so as to provide evidence for implementation of patient safety curriculum in nursing students. MethodsUndergraduate nursing students before and after internship in nursing school of Wannan Medical College were recruited. The questionnaire method was performed to investigate the knowledge, attitudes and skills of patient safety before and after the internship. The data were input using EpiData 3.0 software and were analyzed by SPSS 13.0. ResultsA total of 451 questionnaires were distributed before the internship and of which 435 nursing students completed the survey (96.45%), 418 questionnaires were distributed after the internship, of which 412 (98.56%) nursing students completed the survey. There were significant higher scores in female nursing students after the internship in the items of 'Knowledge about medical errors' and 'What am I supposed to do when medical errors occur' (P=0.000 and 0.000, respectively), while lower scores of the items of 'Feelings about making errors' and 'Your intentions regarding patient safety' (P=0.002 and 0.006, respectively). Only the score of the item 'What am I supposed to do when medical errors occur' was significantly higher in male nursing students after the internship (P=0.046). ConclusionThe internship is useful for improving experiencing practice, knowledge on patient safety, reduce the negative feelings about making errors.

  • Effect of Problem-based Learning and Traditional Teaching Method on Practical Teaching of Orthopedic Surgery

    ObjectiveTo compare the effect of problem-based learning (PBL) and traditional teaching method (lecture-based learning) on clinical practical teaching of orthopedic surgery. MethodsBetween May 2012 and December 2013, 55 orthopedic interns were chosen to be divided into two groups: PBL group (n=29) and traditional lecture group (control group, n=26). Case report and examination on a completion of orthopedic surgery were used to assess the teaching outcomes. ResultsPerformance differences in content of presentation and capability of answers to questions were significant between PBL group and the traditional group in the report test (P<0.05). The test scores of case analysis examination in PBL group were significantly higher than those in the traditional lecture group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in other types of questions (P>0.05). ConclusionThe participants in PBL group have performed significantly better in culturing clinical thinking and comprehensive analysis, competence and in no circumstance did they perform worse than traditional lecture method.
