ObjectiveTo explore the effect of comprehensive nursing service in patients with autoimmune encephalitis (AE).Methods32 patients with AE were selected and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019. There are 16 patients in the observation group and the control group respectively. The observation group received comprehensive nursing service and the control group received routine nursing intervention. Total satisfaction of clinical nursing was compared between the two groups.ResultsCompared with 10 cases (62.50%) in the control group, 15 cases (93.75%) in the observation group had better overall nursing satisfaction, and the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05).ConclusionsFor patients with AE, comprehensive nursing service can significantly improve the quality of life of patients, which has clinical application value.
Objective To explore the application effects of nursing quality control mode based on nurse satisfaction. Methods A total of 226 nurses in 12 nursing units were selected from December 2013 to June in 2014 as the study subjects. Then, we compared the nurse satisfaction, patient satisfaction, and the effect of nursing quality control before and after the implementation of quality control mode in which nurses participated actively. Results After a half-year practice of nursing quality mode, all the investigation items of the project were significantly different from those before the mode application (P>0.05), except Q1, Q2, Q8, and Q10 in the nurse satisfaction questionnaire, q1, q2, q3, q4, and q14 in the patient satisfaction questionnaire, and quality of emergency management in the nursing quality control section. Conclusion Application of nursing quality control mode can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of nurses, improve nurse satisfaction and the effect of nursing quality management, which has a high value of application in clinical nursing management.
ObjectiveTo investigate the awareness of high-quality nursing among clinical nurses in Liangshan to serve as a guide for a comprehensive development of quality nursing. MethodsFrom June to December 2011, 196 nurses from four model hospitals of high-quality nursing were investigated with self-made questionnaires in Xichang City and Huili County in Liangshan Autonomous Region. ResultsThe difference in high-quality nursing awareness among nurses from different ethnic composition, education and job titles was not statistically significant (P>0.05), while the working years, hospital grades and academic titles were influencing factors. Nurses' awareness from secondary hospitals was lower than those from tertiary hospitals (P<0.01). ConclusionThe clinical nurses in Lianshan are aware of the importance of high-quality nursing at work, but they have different views on work performance evaluation due to their working years and hospital grades. Therefore, more scientific management should be strengthened to motivate nurses' working enthusiasm and improve the quality of nursing.
【摘要】 目的 探讨开展优质护理服务对早期慢性肾功能衰竭患者治疗的影响。 方法 将2009年9月-2010年6月收治的80名早期慢性肾功能衰竭患者，随机分成对照组和试验组，每组各40例。试验组实施优质护理服务，对照组按常规护理，半年后采用自测健康评定量表（SRHMS V1.0）对患者进行问卷调查，从而了解和评判优质服务对早期慢性肾功能衰竭患者治疗的影响及效果。 结果 试验组在器官功能、日常生活功能、生理健康子量表总分3个维度，在负向情绪、正向情绪、认知功能、心理健康子量表总分4个维度，在角色活动、社会健康子量表总分2个维度与对照组比较，差异均有统计学意义（Plt;0.05），在社会支持和社会资源方面与对照组的差异无统计学意义（Pgt;0.05）。 结论 开展优质护理服务能明显提高患者治疗疾病的信心，对有效控制患者病情发展有一定的影响与作用。【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the impact of quality care on early chronic renal failure patients. Methods Eighty patients in early stages of chronic renal failure in our department between September 2009 and June 2010 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with 40 patients in each group. Quality and Conventional care were implemented on the two groups respectively. Six months later, self-rated health measurement scale (SRHMS V1.0) was used to analyze the impact of quality care on the patients. Results The results of the measurement showed that there were significant differences between the two groups in organ function, daily life function, physiologic health, negative emotion, positive emotion, cognitive ability, psychological health, role activity and social health (Plt;0.05). There were no significant differences between them in social support and social resources. Conclusion Carrying out high-quality care can significantly improve the active treatment confidence of the patients and can effectively control the development of the disease.
目的 探讨优质护理服务在妇科临床护理路径（CNP）实施中的应用效果。 方法 2010年4月－2011年4月纳入妇科CNP的住院患者中随机抽取150例，并选择同期病区全部17名护士作为对照组；在2011年5月－12月纳入妇科CNP并实施优质护理服务的住院患者中随机抽取150例，并选择同期病区全部22名护士作为试验组。比较两组患者疾病相关知识知晓率、患者及护士工作满意率、平均住院日的差异。 结果 试验组患者疾病相关知识知晓率、患者及护士满意率优于对照组，且平均住院日明显缩短。 结论 优质护理服务应用于改进CNP管理质量，可提高患者疾病相关知识知晓率和护患满意率，缩短住院时间，减轻医疗负担，有利于CNP的实施。
ObjectiveTo explore the effect of "HIS" nursing service mode in promoting the quality of clinical nursing service for key specialties in the department of gastrointestinal surgery. MethodsIn the Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery, West China Hospital of Sichuan University, "HIS" nursing service mode was carried out on January 1, 2012.Questionnaires surveying hospitalized patients' satisfaction before (n=360, between January and December 2011) and after (n=360, between January and December 2012) the implementation of "HIS" nursing service mode were retrospectively compared and analyzed. ResultsThe patients' general satisfaction score was improved significantly from 83.27±5.71 to 97.92±6.23 after the implementation of "HIS" nursing service mode (t=-8.001, P < 0.05).For all the 14 items in the satisfaction questionnaire, the differences before and after the implementation had statistical significance (P < 0.05). ConclusionThe "HIS" nursing service mode can effectively improve patients' satisfaction of clinical nursing service for key specialties in the department of gastrointestinal surgery, and it is worthy of further promotion.
