Predecessor of the Journal

The Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases is professional academic periodical on ophthalmology which has the characteristics of clinical and basic study of posterior segment of eye. Its initiation has been published as the name of Ocular Fundus Diseases in September 1985, and then changes the name as Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases in 1992. The journal is available both in print and online. The impact factor of Chinese Journal of Neurology is 1.319 in 2016, ranking second among all ophthalmologic journals in China.

 

Introduction of the Journal

Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases (ISSN 1005-1015,CN 51-1434/R) is published bimonthly in Chinese by the Chinese Medical Association, and is a peer reviewed medical journal for doctors, medical researchers, and health workers in the field of neurology. The journal reports the advances and progress in current ophthalmologic sciences and technology. Now it is collected in Scopus Database, CA (Chemical Abstracts, USA), AJ (Abstract Journal, Russia), WPRIM (The Western Pacific Region Index Medicus, WHO), CSCD (Chinese Science Citation Database, Wanfang Database (China), Peking University Core Periodical Catalogue, CNKI Database etc. Its influence stands on the forward position of these professional periodicals. The impact factor and ranking of Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Disease among the top ophthalmologic journals in China. This journal is an open access journal. All articles can be downloaded for free through the official website.

Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases seeks to publish the peer-reviewed research from all aspects of reparative and reconstructive surgery and related interdisciplinary fields, including basic, applied and clinical research. The journal publishes fully peer-reviewed Original Articles, Reviews, and Clinical Studies.

This journal is an open access journal. All articles can be downloaded for free through the official website. Licensed under a CC BY-NC-ND license by the journal. The review process for this journal is double-blind.

To ensure the originality and integrity of all published research, our journal actively screens all submitted manuscripts for plagiarism. This process is conducted using the CNKI Scientific Journal Plagiarism Detection System for identifying textual similarities and potential instances of academic misconduct.

Our journal operates on an open-access model and therefore charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) upon manuscript acceptance. The APC is determined by the article type: Review and Original Research articles are charged ¥4,000 CNY, Case Reports and Short Communications are charged ¥2,500 CNY.
